Know what to build before you build it.
I help B2B software teams in industrial, energy and compliance work out which features their technical users will actually adopt, before development time goes into them. Remote, across Europe and the UK.

The problem
Your users can't afford friction. Your roadmap can't afford guesses.
Your users are reliability engineers, technicians, plant operators and security analysts. They abandon software they don't trust, and they tell you on the support line, not in a survey.
Small teams move fast, which is a strength. Without a UX specialist, though, it's easy to:
- Build features because they seemed right, not because users asked for them
- Ship dashboards and alerts people don't trust or ignore
- Rebuild after launch, at many times the cost
- Lose renewals because the experience creates friction
- I also help teams decide where AI is worth building into their product, and prove it with a working prototype before they commit development budget.
Common moments when this helps: After a funding round, when adding AI features, ahead of a regulatory deadline, or when expanding into new markets.
The offer
Product Risk Review
A [1-2 week] fixed-scope review of your product or roadmap. You get:
The 3-5 riskiest assumptions in what you're about to build
Evidence from your own data: Usage, support tickets and [5-8] user conversations
A prioritised plan: Build, change, or leave out
A clickable or working prototype of the highest-risk idea, to test before engineering starts
Starting from €3,000
After the review, if it helps: ongoing work with your product and engineering team on research, prioritisation, design and measuring results, scoped month by month.
How I use AI
Faster answers, with a person accountable for the decisions.
I use AI to turn interviews, tickets and usage data into clear findings in days rather than weeks. Then I check every finding against real user evidence before it reaches your roadmap. If the AI gets something wrong, I catch it. If your product is adding AI features, I can also review how they explain themselves, handle errors and hand over to a person.

Proof
Proof
Worked on an industrial measurement system that relied on support because workflows were unclear. As a UX Lead, I used three months of ticket data and frontline service staff as proxy users to build a Quick-Start Guide form the most common tasks, which resulted in 15% fewer repeated tickets for the top recurring issues measured over 6 months after rollout.

Who this is for
Who this is for
You're a founder, CTO or product lead at a B2B software company, typically at seed or Series A, building for technical users in industrial and maintenance / energy / compliance and security. You don't have an in-house UX specialist yet, and you want someone who talks about adoption and results, not screens.
I work remotely with teams across Europe and the UK, in English.
